The hotel shuttle dropped us at the airport where we met the bus that would transport us to Whittier to board the Coral Princess.
The bus ride was 90 minutes of intriguing scenery along the coast line. The rain set in and the temperature dropped so that we were boarding the ship in pouring rain icy wind gusts.
Once on board we quickly located our room and were thrilled with its size and presentation.
As we left Whittier we sailed into Prince William Sound and through Wells Passage to the Gulf of Alaska. All as we slept soundly!
